Referral Program: Terms and Conditions

 By participating in US Insurance Group's Referral Program ("Program"), you ("Participant") agree to the following terms and conditions:

• The Program is open to all individuals who refer new clients to US Insurance Group, provided they meet the criteria outlined in these Terms and Conditions.
• Participants must be at least 18 years of age to enter.

• By participating in this Program, the Participant opts-in to receive phone calls, text messages, and other forms of communication from US Insurance Group. These communications may include updates about the referral program, appointment scheduling, or additional offers.
• Standard messaging and data rates may apply.
•  Each referred person will receive an automated text message when their appointment is set, as well as a follow-up text message after the appointment to verify their attendance. 

• To qualify for the Program, the individual referred ("Referred Person") must schedule and attend an appointment with US Insurance Group. The Referred Person must show up for the scheduled appointment for the referral to be valid.
• No obligation to purchase: The Referred Person is under no obligation to purchase any insurance or services from US Insurance Group during or after the appointment. The Program is solely designed to connect individuals with information regarding insurance options.

• Gift Card Prizes: Participants who successfully refer new clients may be eligible for gift card prizes, as specified in the Program details. The winners will be selected based on the Program's criteria, and all winners will be notified through the contact details provided during their participation.
• $50 Referral Bonus: For each referral that schedules and attends an appointment with US Insurance Group, the Participant will be eligible for a $50 referral bonus. There is no minimum purchase requirement for the bonus to be awarded.

• Participation in this Program does not require any purchase of insurance products or services. The Program is designed to reward participants for referring others to US Insurance Group for consultation, regardless of whether the Referred Person purchases any products.

• US Insurance Group reserves the right to modify or cancel the Program at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the Program will be communicated to participants via the contact information provided during enrollment.

• Personal information submitted during the Program will be handled in accordance with US Insurance Group’s Privacy Policy. By participating in the Program, you consent to the collection and use of your information for Program purposes, including communication about your referral and potential prizes.

• By participating in this Program, the Participant agrees to release US Insurance Group, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from participation in the Program, including but not limited to the acceptance of any gift cards or bonuses.

• These Terms and Conditions are subject to change, and participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of any revised terms. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect. of the revised terms.
